Rates - The House
High Season (From 5th July to 6th September, from 20th December to 10th January 2009)
€1900 per week
Low Season (up to 5th July, from 6th September to 20th December )
€1600 per week.
What is included:
- Sheets, bedding and towels
- water, electricity, pool maintainance, central heating in the winter.
- internet connection using either your own computer (connecting by either ethernet or WiFi), or using the house computer (basic internet access).
- cleaning and fresh towels and sheets every Saturday
- reasonable cleaning which we carry out at the end of your stay.
What is not included:
- additional cleaning during or after your stay
- additional change of sheets and towels that you may request
- wood for the fires in winter: €60 per week to help yourself to a reasonable amount from the woodstore
- telephone (please note that use of the telephone is strictly for emergencies only).
CHECK IN TIME IS FROM 4PM. Just ask if this is not convenient and we can try and help. We may not be there if you arrive before this time!
CHECK OUT TIME IS 11 AM. We will happily store your bags for later collection.
Booking
Booking is not confirmed until paid for in full, but we will reserve the property for you for 5 days if you need to send a cheque. Payments can be made by bank cheque (in euros) by post, or by Mastercard or Visa online by clicking on the appropriate button below. This takes you to the Paypal secure website where you can choose the number of weeks you wish to purchase. Please check and confirm availability first by contacting us by phone or email.
Deposits
A deposit of €1000 is required to cover any damage that may be caused to the rented property. This deposit may be paid in advance or on your day of arrival. This sum will be refunded on the day of your departure in cash if the deposit was made by cash, by return of a deposit cheque if the deposit was made by a French bank cheque, or by paypal if the deposit was made by paypal, less any bank or paypal charges and exchange rate fluctuations. Deductions from the deposit will be made to cover such things as reasonable costs incurred in replacing broken objects, carrying out repairs caused by damage during your stay, or further cleaning. If the deposit proves to be insufficient, the lessee agrees to make up the amount.
Cancellation charges:
- More than 30 days notice - 80% refundable
- less than 30 days notice but more than 14 days notice - 50% refundable
- less than 7 days notice - not refundable
